I saw these boys live in Greensboro and UFO opened for them. To illustrate how big I geek I was back then, I had no idea what the band’s name meant. LOL!

I saw the Doobie Brothers in the late 70s at a concert in Calaveras County – Mountain Air was the name of the concert. They put in a great show.
China Grove and Long Train Running. Two of my favorites as well. I don’t remember when I learned what the name meant. I was fairly old, though
Boy that brings back some memories.
Laurie, it was the late seventies hwen I saw them as well. Maybe the same tour.
Charles, I had a good time at all the shows I went to and never understood the idiots I saw passed out at them. Hell, I used to think, you can do that at home.
