“Oh, The Weather Outside Is Frightful…”

The snow has started to fall. Predictions are not good. Five to ten inches, depending upon your area. A mixture of snow turning to sleet and freezing rain until it stops tomorrow evening at about seven, with temperatures not supposed to rise above freezing for the next couple of days.

They are talking about likely power outages as well. I hope not. This old house is older than me(sixty) and I don’t need crap like that.

If what follows is what’s predicted, this will be as much accumulation as we’ve gotten in the last few winters around here. Nothing at all like we used to get when I was young.

Global warming indeed!
