2: Drum Beat – Dominique – Stephen Marlowe: Barry Ergang reviewed this one on Kevin’s Corner recently. I’ve read a couple of the Chester Drums, as well as the Shell Cott/Chester Drum collaboration between Prather and Marlowe. This looked interesting.

I believe that’s the first Stephen Marlowe book I ever read. That was nearly fifty years ago so I don’t remember much about it, but I must have liked it because I went on to read a number of others.
I’m thinking of going western for my next read. Been doing SF/fantasy for a while.
That’s one of the many Chester Drum books I’ve not read. I’m eager to read your review, maybe I’ll pick up a copy.
