Today, October 15th, has two notable birthdays. Jim Palmer and Emeril Lagasse.
Jim Palmer is a hall-of-fame pitcher who played his entire career with the Baltimore Orioles, winning 268 games over the course of his time at Baltimore. He turns sixty-four today.
Emeril Lagasse is perhaps my favorite chef to watch on TV(and I used to watch a bunch of them, but not so much anymore). I just love watching some of his creations. He turns fifty today.
