Randy, I “borrowed an image of the cover of Collins’ Bye Bye, Baby from your June 2011 review, and linked to that, for my new arrivals post that just went up. Hope it’s okay?
Not a problem, Richard. I do that occasionally if I can’t find a suitable image elswwhere.
Randy, what is Rocky Mountain Christmas about, and is it a novelette, short stories or a novel? Always on the lookout for holiday reading…
Never mind, I just read the blurb. The cover is deceiving.
Gotta say, Doc Savage covers are always cool.
Thanks, Randy. I hope it’s a good read for you, too.
Man, I need to read GETTING IN THE WIND. I don’t think I’ll ever catch up with Ellison’s output –and I’ve got a heavy heart that he reportedly sold his typewriter and is not well. Hope you’ll give us a review.
Forthcoming Richard. I have a few obligations to get out of the way first.
Harlan did not sell the typewriter is presently uses (he has a number of manual machines), but rather his first machine from long ago. Harlan has had his challenges to his health, but he is one tough cookie to keep down. I believe that neither heaven or hell will put up with him, so he will be here for a long time to come.
